Understanding our values and data

AdoptMeValues is an independent fan tool. The numbers are estimates for comparing in-game items, not official Adopt Me prices, cash prices, or guaranteed offers.

Read the variant before comparing

The value list reads a shared catalog used by this website. Normal, Neon, Mega Neon, No Potion, Fly, Ride and Fly Ride can have different values. A default value is not necessarily the No Potion value. Compare the same variant and use one value system for both sides of a trade.

What a value update means

Our value updates compare two catalog snapshots. They show the numerical field that changed and the source snapshot timestamp. A change in a demand rank is not a percentage increase in trading value.

The change feed does not include verified trade receipts or an explanation for every revision. A rise in a listed value alone does not prove that a particular trade was completed, or that the item will continue rising.

How current are the numbers?

Catalog pages and updates are cached and normally rechecked hourly. The source may update less frequently. The snapshot date tells you when the update feed was generated; loading this page does not create a new market observation.

Reading value history

History comes from a separate historical feed matched by item name and type. Coverage varies, and missing dates do not mean an item had no value. The chart can append the current catalog value to the available historical observations. A chart is not a record of every completed trade.

Use WFL as a comparison

The calculator adds the selected variants on each side. Its verdict compares those estimates. Availability, player preferences and how easily an item trades can affect whether an offer works for you.

Report an issue

If a value or variant appears wrong, contact us with the pet name, variant, displayed value and when you saw it. For a calculation error, include both sides of the comparison so it can be reproduced.
